Guiding you through the Labyrinth

“When you allow yourself to be who you truly are and not whom everyone else believes you should be, then you find your true self, hiding in the centre of the labyrinth” - Rei

For many of us, we grew up expecting certain things out of life. The path ahead seemed fairly clear, or, if there were choices to make, they seemed obvious. It wasn’t until we were midway through our journey that we realized we had stepped into the labyrinth, and weren’t sure where our path was going. We all come to that moment in a different way, but most of us do come to it sooner or later.

Maybe you have a difficult personal situation you are struggling with.

Maybe you realize you want to make a change that will have serious impacts on your life.

Maybe you can’t see the path forward to the goals you hold.

Maybe you aren’t even sure what your goals are.

Maybe you feel like you’re missing something, or struggling to find yourself, or floundering in your relationships.

Whatever the circumstance, most people who find their way to life coaching do so because they need guidance. Not common wisdom about the right thing or what everyone does, but true guidance that is centered around their unique needs. Only you know what will make you happy. Only you know what you want. In the labyrinth, “there is no right or wrong path. There is only the path you choose.” (Quan Yin)
